In my secret dress up closet I draw and often accidentally fall asleep being it 3am when creativity strikes its victims. Waking up surrounded by costumes, hats, wigs, etc feels like an invitation to produce my own Broadway Musical.

One of my favorite artists showing at one of my favorite galleries: couldn't let this go without posting about it! Aunia Kahn's show "Silence of Broken Ground" at The Pop Gallery in Santa Fe, New Mexico. These pictures are from the opening which was May 3, the show will be up the rest of the month so GO SEE IT!
I will never forget the first time I saw Aunia's work, it was at the now defunct Launchpad Gallery in Portland, Oregon in 2010. I was completely blown away and have been following her ever since. And, I got to The Pop Gallery for the first time in August of last year, love at first site.
